Happy Summer Everyone

The last few weeks have been super busy for us here at cool cottons, with a state wide Shop Hop and the Sister’s Quilt show this past weekend it’s been quite lively.  Thanks to all of you who came in, and to all of you who showed such patience when we were swamped.  (note to self: cancel days off during a shop hop, all hands on deck!) One of our favorite quilters wrote a blog about her shop hop and described some of the different shops in the area, if you are curious about whats out there, it’s a good read. http:/omaried.wordpress.com  

We are still expecting lot’s of fabric in the next few weeks, good thing too because we just had some new shelves built (thanks Don)  and we need to fill them up. Every day we watch the UPS truck pass us by we get a little teary, but when they do finally stop for us and drop off a little gem you’d think we’d won the lottery. ( I think we may scare the UPS guy)  We know how much good stuff we have on order so every delivery is highly anticipated.

Keep an eye out for classes coming this fall, we are talking with our teachers about schedules so if there is something you would like to take please let us know.  There are also still spaces left in a lot of our summer classes so check you schedule and “make it work”!
